We are the Botswana Veterinary Surgeons Union

We work to support our members in individual or collective workplace issues, as well as campaigning for recognition and better conditions across public and parastatal sectors. We support members with grievances and disciplinary processes within their workplaces, and to support members with Botswana Veterinary Surgeons Council disciplinary processes.

Collectively, we work to highlight and address issues which affect the whole – or subsets of – the industry, and to safeguard the collective interests of the profession

The Botswana Veterinary Surgeons Union has a vision of a prosperous veterinary sector in which employers and employees work together to build successful and safe, healthy working environment in which all those who contribute to the success in the veterinary workplace should receive the rewards, respect and recognition they deserve.
